Meat Hook Track / Aluminum Alloy Venting Slot
1. The body of the meat hook refrigerated truck must be reinforced during production. Depending on the size of the body, you can choose between 3, 4, or 5 tracks.
2. Thicker aluminum alloy ventilation slots, capable of withstanding the deformation of the slots when a trolley is loading or unloading in the container. The primary function of the ventilation slots is to enhance the circulation of cold air from the refrigeration unit within the container, boosting the cooling effect by 50%. This ensures that goods do not rot or deteriorate during long-distance transportation! Moreover, the aluminum alloy material is simple and easy to clean.
Medical Waste/Vaccine Refrigerated Truck
1. Medical Waste Transport Vehicle, featuring a fully enclosed stainless steel body, with a stainless steel sealed inner hinged door, equipped with a spray disinfection system, an ultraviolet disinfection system, and a waste liquid overflow container.
2. Refrigerated vaccine vehicles for GSP transportation certification, requiring the addition of 5 stainless steel ventilation slots inside the van and a 3G mobile temperature and humidity monitoring device (optional with printing function).
External Power Supply / Water Circulation Heater / Multi-Temperature Unit
1. External power supply unit. In a vehicle, the refrigeration system relies on the engine to drive the compressor. Once the engine is turned off, the refrigerator cannot cool anymore. At this point, installing an external power supply unit allows the refrigerator to continue cooling with a plug-in! Generally, a 15m3 insulation box requires a 220V external power supply, while larger insulation boxes must have a 380V three-phase power supply unit!
2. Heating units, typically available for refrigeration units with heating capabilities, or for water circulation heaters without heating. Separate cooling units come with built-in heating, while split cooling units can be chosen with heating-equipped refrigeration units.
3. Multi-temperature unit installation typically involves adding an extra evaporator to the base refrigeration unit to ensure consistent temperature inside the container! Some clients require refrigerated items in the front and preserved items in the back, in which case we need to install a switchable partition in the middle of the container and add another evaporator!
