Refrigerated trucks are enclosed box-type transport vehicles used to maintain the temperature of frozen or fresh-keeping goods. They are specialized transport cars equipped with refrigeration units and polyurethane insulated bodies. Refrigerated trucks can be categorized according to the manufacturer, chassis load capacity, and body style.
Refrigerated trucks are commonly used for transporting frozen foods (frozen food transport), dairy products (dairy transport), fresh produce (fresh goods transport), vaccines and pharmaceuticals (vaccine transport).

Our refrigerated trucks are constructed with an all-enclosed, fully-sealed body structure, utilizing wooden thermal break insulation technology and secondary insulation with plywood. The body panels are connected with galvanized pipe frames and environmentally friendly waterproof wood boards, secured with reinforced screws. They are filled with 8cm polyurethane foam, covered with 3mm thick fiberglass reinforced plastic, vacuum-sealed, and heat-formed in one process. The body assembly uses 8mm high-tensile screws for connection, and the exterior is bordered with aluminum profiles for enhanced strength, better adaptability to various terrains and environments, and improved insulation. The entire vehicle is lined with high-strength insulation materials. The side doors, door frames, and reinforced rear door frames are made of 304 stainless steel. The side and rear door bars are made of thickened stainless steel tubes. The interior and exterior of the body use high-quality thick aluminum profiles, demonstrating strong resistance to dynamic loads and fatigue. The body can bear a load of up to 1.5 tons per square meter, completely resolving the issues of poor insulation, heat preservation, and load-bearing capacity. The subframe is made of 710 automotive I-beam steel plate, using shearing and bending processes to enhance the vehicle's load-bearing capacity and prevent cracking, extending the vehicle's service life. The deck and subframe are connected with 12mm high-tensile screws for greater stability during operation.
