1. The refrigerated van must have the body reinforced during production, with the choice of 3, 4, or 5 guide rails depending on the size of the body.

Heavy-duty aluminum alloy ventilation channels that can withstand wagons without deformation during loading and unloading, enhancing the circulation of the refrigerator's cold air inside the container by 50%, ensuring that goods do not rot or deteriorate during long-distance transport. Moreover, the aluminum alloy material is simple to clean.
Medical Waste/Vaccine Refrigerated Truck
1. Medical Waste Transport Vehicle, featuring a fully enclosed stainless steel body, with a stainless steel sealed inner hinged door, equipped with a spray disinfection unit, a UV disinfection unit, and a waste liquid overflow box.
2. Vaccine refrigerated trucks, requiring GSP transportation certification, with the addition of 5 stainless steel ventilation slots inside the van and a 3G mobile real-time temperature and humidity monitoring device (optional with printing function).
External Power Supply / Water Circulation Heater / Multi-Temperature Unit
1. An external power supply unit is required. For refrigeration systems, cooling is driven by the vehicle's engine to power the compressor. Once the engine is turned off, the refrigeration unit cannot cool anymore. At this point, installing an external power supply unit allows the plug-in refrigeration unit to continue cooling! Typically, a 15m3 insulated box requires a 220V external power supply. For larger insulated boxes, a 380V three-phase power supply unit is mandatory!
2. Heating units are available for refrigeration units, with or without heating. Water circulation heaters are optional without heating units. Split refrigeration units come with built-in heating, while separate refrigeration units can be selected with heating capabilities.
3. Multi-temperature unit installation typically involves adding an additional evaporator to the refrigeration unit, ensuring consistent temperatures inside the container. Some customers require freezing items in the front and fresh items in the back. In such cases, we need to install a switchable partition in the middle of the container and add an extra evaporator!
