Set Temperature
Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature, pre-cool the container for 1.5 hours to expel the retained heat inside; turn off the refrigeration unit during loading, and load quickly.
During loading, the carriage must first be pre-cooled or pre-heated. Since the vehicle is parked outdoors, the carriage temperature is typically the same as the ambient temperature. If the temperature of the goods being transported is not the ambient temperature, loading them into the carriage can be affected by the ambient temperature, leading to a change in the quality of the transported goods. Therefore, the carriage must be pre-cooled to the required temperature before loading. However, during loading (and unloading), the refrigeration unit must be turned off. Many people fail to turn off the refrigeration unit during loading and unloading, which is actually a very incorrect operation.
The reason is: After pre-cooling the carriage, if the machine is not turned off before opening the carriage door, the cold air will blow out from the top of the carriage due to the working fan of the evaporator in the refrigeration unit, with positive pressure on the front and negative pressure on the back. This will quickly draw in external hot air from below, causing the carriage temperature to rise rapidly. However, if the machine is turned off before loading or unloading goods, the air flow stops as the fan is stationary, resulting in equal wind pressure inside and outside the carriage, which slows down the rate at which external hot air enters the carriage.
