One, Refrigerated Trailer Body Configuration:
Manufactured using our company's hydraulic suction-integrated molding production line, the insulation performance meets Grade A standards. The body is made of a nano glass fiber reinforced plastic (non-reflective, excellent heat insulation, high hardness, and anti-corrosion), with a thickness of 8CM. The inner lining frame is made of rust-proof Wuhan Iron and Steel Group lightweight steel profiles. The insulation material is a non-permeable polyurethane foam filling. The bottom of the body is made of aluminum alloy patterned plate or optional flat nano glass fiber reinforced plastic. The body corners are made of galvanized stainless steel, with reinforced aluminum alloy edging. The rear door frame is made of stainless steel, with reinforced stainless steel rear door hinges and locks. The interior of the body is equipped with LED lighting and body side lighting.
Section 2: Optional Refrigeration Unit for Refrigerated Trucks
Available for user requirements, select from different units, including -5℃,-10℃,-15℃,-18℃,-20℃ refrigeration units from Bingsen and others; refrigeration unit brands include domestic brands like Jinda, Hanya, Hanshui, Huatai, Songhan, Kaixue, and Bingsen; imported brands include American Carrier and American Cool. Refrigeration units are divided into separate units and split units. We recommend the appropriate refrigeration unit based on your vehicle needs, with options for dual-temperature units featuring "cooling+heating".
Section 3: Optional Refrigerated Truck Configurations: Meat buying vehicle (straight guide rail,对接式导轨, removable swing meat hook架), T-type ventilation slots, collision guards, optional internal stainless steel or aluminum alloy panels, temperature and humidity recording tape printer, thermal insulation panels, tool box, etc. The internal materials of seafood containers must be made of stainless steel, and an optional external power supply of 220V-380V can be installed (the container can be refrigerated using the external power supply when the vehicle is stationary, environmentally friendly).
