4. Delivery of vehicle goods, accessories, and tools shall be made according to the list provided by the chassis manufacturer.
5. During the warranty period, in case of quality issues with modified parts, our company will send personnel to the site to resolve the issue within 48 hours upon receiving notification. For the undercarriage, the customer should contact the undercarriage manufacturer for handling, with our company providing the necessary assistance.
All products sold by our company are guaranteed for nationwide registration. In case of issues with our vehicles that prevent registration, we will compensate for the customer's loss. All models use original chassis. Our company strictly inspects product quality, and we are responsible for after-sales service. The installed parts come with a free one-year warranty. After-sales service within the province can be reached within 24 hours, and outside the province within 48 hours. We provide lifelong technical guidance and supply of spare parts at cost.
