Refrigerated trucks are composed of the moving parts of a special-purpose vehicle chassis, an insulated and heat-preserving body (usually made of polyurethane, fiberglass, color steel, stainless steel, etc.), a refrigeration unit, and an in-car temperature recorder. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook trucks, optional accessories like meat hooks, cargo barriers, aluminum alloy guides, and ventilation slots can be added.
Refrigerated Trailer Manufacturing Technology:
1. Sandwich panel assembly with adhesive bonding, a technique widely adopted by major domestic refrigerated truck manufacturers, resulting in refrigerated trucks with superior thermal insulation performance.
2. Shingled assembly for injection foaming.
3. Overall frame injection foaming.
4. Vacuum Adhesive Attachment
Refrigeration Unit Categories:
Refrigeration units are divided into non-independent cooling units and independent cooling units, including domestic and imported units. Most vehicle types use external refrigeration units, while a few micro refrigerated trucks use internal units. For refrigerated trucks with lower temperature requirements, an internal cold plate (functioning like an evaporator) can be installed in the van body.

【Upper Assembly Configuration】
(1) Manufacturing Process: The van body is made with refrigerated truck thermal insulation material and thermal break insulation technology, manufactured on a seamless one-piece molding production line. It features fire-retardant marine board wood strips, thickened insulation strips, rust-proof galvanized pipes, and one-time molding steel beam substructure, with thermal performance reaching or exceeding national Grade A standards.
(2) Panel Material: The interior and exterior of the van are made of domestic fiberglass (non-reflective, good thermal insulation, high hardness, and anti-oxidation); the inner layer is a specialized insulation material for refrigerated trucks, seamlessly bonded with the fiberglass on both sides to prevent bulging. The floor is made of anti-slip aluminum embossed plate, and the door edge strips are equipped with 4-layer rubber sealing strips to effectively lock in the van's cold air.
(3) Van Parts: Stainless steel door locks, door frames and hinges, energy-saving LED lighting inside the van.
