Quick-cleaning rotary valves are widely used in food and chemical industries where high hygiene standards are required, as well as in systems that frequently change materials and need to be cleaned and discharged. They can be categorized by operation into slide rod type and quick-opening type, making it easy to quickly clean sticky materials from the blade cavity and are easy to install.

1. Telescopic: Disassembly before cleaning. Loosen the screw handle on the sliding cover, pull the cover and rotor out together along the column. Unscrew the handle at the end of the shaft to remove the rotor.

2. Quick-Open Style: Loosen the fixing bolts, open the end cover door, pull out the rotor, clean it, then push the rotor back into the housing and tighten the positioning bolts.
