High-pressure motor air-water cooler

Product Introduction
Air-water coolers are a special selection of cooling equipment for various motor industries, featuring large heat dissipation area, high heat exchange efficiency, and low air flow resistance.
Working Principle
Large motors typically use closed-loop ventilation. The heat generated by the motor is carried away by cooling water, which is then cooled in a cooler, lowering the air temperature to below the specified value. This cooled air is then recirculated into the motor to continue removing heat, thus forming a cyclic cooling process to maintain the motor temperature within the specified range.
Structure and Process Hotspots
The water-cooled heat exchanger is assembled with tube plates, side plates, cooling tubes, and fins. After assembly, it is sealed using the mechanical expansion method, ensuring a tight fit with minimal thermal resistance for excellent heat transfer performance.
The fin tip is intentionally designed with a sawtooth shape in the intake direction, initiating turbulent wave patterns to ensure the gas is in a turbulent state as soon as it enters the fins. This enhances the initial heat exchange, with the annular guide holes on the fin surface and the bridging notches between the tubes acting to disrupt the gas boundary layer and reduce thermal resistance, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. The bridging notches around the tube openings also serve as a flow guide, allowing for thorough contact between the gas and the fins, eliminating the heat exchange dead zone on the side of the circular tube opposite the airflow. Additionally, the bridging notches between the tubes eliminate local streamline between the tubes, further enhancing heat exchange.
Scientific Production Process
Manufactured using the胀接 process, the main equipment includes fin stamping kits, complete sets for internal and external expansion, which eliminates the traditional welding of fins to the cooling tubes. Instead, it uses expansion methods, expanding the tubes as a whole with internal expanders to induce plastic deformation and create a certain amount of interference fit for tight contact. Reliable external expansion equipment is also used for胀接 between the cooling tubes and tube plates, effectively preventing water leakage.
