1. Made of steel, shaped by specialized equipment, various materials are mutually supported, reinforced with rivet connections, and then welded with CO2 gas shielded welding, followed by a surface electrostatic powder coating treatment.
2. Strong load-bearing capacity in the tray; no maintenance required, long service life; surface treated for anti-slip, with edge wrapping and a sturdy base; overall, lightweight with strong tensile strength.

Surface Treatment Requirements:
Process Flow: Raw Black → De-greasing → Rust Removal → Surface Treatment → Phosphatizing → Drying → Electrostatic Powder Coating (or Galvanizing) → Curing → Packaging
2. Surface treatment is done using electrostatic powder coating with epoxy resin, with a film thickness of 60~80 micrometers.
3. The electrostatic powder coating adhesion meets the standard requirements.
4. Hardness (wear resistance) is over 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint, meaning it shows no scratches after a 2H pencil test.
5. Corrosion resistance (Hydrochloric Acid Test) GB1771-91 greater than 500 hours.
