Introducing the precautions to be taken during the operation of river dredging vessels:
1. Proceed and retreat based on the geographical conditions, with flexibility in movement. Be sure to clear out any large rocks or mud.
Ensure that chain bolts, pins, and fasteners at all fixed points of the drive system are securely tightened on a regular basis.
3. When the dredging ship is to be shut down, the front diesel engine should be turned off first, followed by the rear diesel engine.
4. In case of strong winds (above level 5), the machine should be temporarily shut down to prevent malfunctions. The machine should be turned off during maintenance or part replacement to avoid personal injury accidents.
5. Maintenance and Care: During operation, regularly check and tighten all screws, and frequently apply lubricating oil and perform maintenance. Pay special attention to securing the bucket screws, chain pins, the four corners of the water wheel, and the bolts connecting the 500-speed reducer disk, ensuring they are firmly in place. For the underwater four corners wheel and other parts, regularly apply grease and lubricating oil. During flood season or when stopping work, tie the boat securely to prevent it from being washed away or incurring unnecessary losses.
6. Individuals under 18 and over 50 years of age are not permitted to operate or maintain this dredge vessel.
7. Strictly prohibited operation of this series of machinery by untrained individuals or those under the influence of alcohol.
8. The dredger must be fully stationary with all machinery shut down before repairs can be conducted.
