1. Shell Material: Cast aluminum, which is stronger than regular aluminum alloys and offers a lightweight advantage compared to iron shell fans.
2. Motor Performance: Utilizes a wide-range, wide-voltage motor, including: Single-phase 110V/230V, Industrial three-phase: 220/380/415/660V, etc. The motor frequency can be adjusted from 45-60Hz, with an IP54 protection rating and F insulation class.
3. Fan Oil Seal: Utilizes MERKEL oil seals, with the lip edge temperature of the seal being 20~50℃ higher than the working medium temperature during operation, offering superior stability and longer lifespan compared to standard oil seals.
4. Fan Bearing: Components use SKF or NSK brand bearings. Compared to domestic Luoyang bearings or Renben bearings, they offer stable performance and long lifespan, ensuring prolonged operation of the fan.
Usage and Maintenance:
1. The fan should be placed on a level surface, with a clean, dry, and well-ventilated surrounding environment.
2. The fan blade rotation direction must match the arrow direction indicated on the fan housing.
3. During operation, avoid completely blocking the intake and exhaust air outlets of the fan to prevent excessive heat generation in the fan and excessive current in the motor, which may cause damage to the air pump.
4. The fan, excluding the two bearings of the motor rotor, has no direct contact or friction in other parts.
5. The air filter at both the inlet and outlet ends should be cleaned as needed to prevent blockage and ensure proper usage.
6. Bearing Replacement: Replacement of bearings must be performed by someone familiar with the repair process. First, loosen the bolts on the pump cover, then disassemble the components in the order shown, cleaning each part after removal. Reassemble the parts in reverse order. Do not force the impeller out during disassembly; use a puller. Ensure not to miss any shims, as this may affect the pre-adjusted clearances upon factory shipment.
7. Strictly prohibited: solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump housing.
