Automotive scales, commonly known as weighbridges, come in two types: analog and digital. They are the primary weighing equipment for bulk cargo measurements.
The electronic truck scale is primarily composed of components such as the weighing platform, weighing indicator, load cells, connecting parts, and junction boxes. Optional external devices include printers, large display screens, computers, and weighing management software. The weighbridge is connected to a computer to print weighbridge tickets, representing a new management approach. The weighing management system consists of a computer, printer, indicator, and weighbridge software. Vehicles are weighed in two stages; the gross weight minus the tare weight yields the net weight, which is then printed on the weighbridge ticket.
An electronic truck scale is a new type of electronic weighing instrument featuring rapid weighing, high accuracy, intuitive display, and comprehensive functions. It is suitable for measurement in industries such as industrial, commercial, construction, warehousing, freight stations, and marketplaces, and is considered a relatively ideal measuring tool.
