A3SS-XT4Human-machine interactive systemThe fluid control unit employs our well-established A3MT series high-pressure screw pumps, which ensure large flow rates, high pressures, pulsation-free operation, and low noise. The electrical control unit consists of a touch screen, variable-frequency motor, PLC, variable-frequency drive, and other electrical components. The touch screen interface controls the entire central water supply system's operation and signal feedback, allowing for a direct view of the liquid level, medium temperature, flow rate, and the operation of the high-pressure pump, filters, and booster pumps. All parameters are displayed centrally on the touch screen. The human-machine interface central water supply system can also set multi-stage pressures, such as 30bar, 50bar, 60bar, 70bar, with the ability to set up to 8 different pressures simultaneously, thereby saving energy waste. When the set pressure is 50bar, and other tools are replaced, the system automatically compensates for the flow rate to meet the current tool's working pressure requirements.
