Description

HDPE reinforced spirally wound B-type pipes are made primarily from high-density polyethylene resin, utilizing the heat-shrink spirally wound process. They are constructed with a polypropylene (PP) single-wall corrugated pipe as the supporting structure, resulting in special structural wall pipes with high resistance to external pressure. The products produced are divided into three series: PR, OP, and SQ, with VW. The PR and OP series are mainly used for buried drainage pipelines, the SQ series is primarily used for manufacturing containers or manholes, and the VW series is mainly used for fittings like tees, elbows, and pipes formed through secondary processing. The PR series is most commonly used, featuring a smooth inner surface and an irregularly reinforced outer structure.

Product Features

  1. High-quality melt-sealed joints in the hot winding molding process: Flat and U-shaped strips in a molten state, extruded from the die of an extruder, are uniformly wrapped around heated roller molds at predetermined positions, ensuring the quality of the structural wall pipe joints. Particularly, the melt-sealed joints of the flat strips are covered by polyethylene-coated support pipes in the structural design, enhancing the overall resistance of the product against external pressure.

  2. High-performance pipeline connections feature pre-buried electrical fusible wires in the flanged socket and electrical fusion splicing technology, ensuring high connection quality. They can achieve zero leakage, guaranteeing the consistency of the lifespan and operational safety of the pipeline system. Additionally, due to the lighter weight of this product compared to other pipe materials under the same application conditions, it is convenient for transportation and construction, which can reduce construction costs. In the application range, concrete bedding and pipeline foundation trenches are not required after concrete is placed, allowing for direct laying of pipes. This essentially achieves the process of excavation, pipe laying, and backfilling simultaneously, simplifying the construction process and shortening the project timeline.

  3. High-density polyethylene spiral-wound structure pipe materials with good flexibility offer excellent macroscopic flexibility and strong rigidity and overall resistance to external pressure in local pipe sections. When used on overweight load roads, they ensure safe passage. Due to the flexibility of the pipe materials, they can minimize damage and loss during seismic activities and uneven ground settlements, thereby enhancing the public utility's ability to resist and mitigate disasters.

  4. HDPE is recyclable and reusable, making it the primary raw material for the main raw material of the green and environmentally friendly wrapped structure wall pipe, high-density polypropylene, which is non-toxic and does not produce any contaminants during the production process. Waste pipes can be recycled and reused. It is indeed an environmentally friendly and safe green product.

  5. Corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, and guaranteed for over 50 years of service life, high-density polyethylene boasts resistance to chemical corrosion and slow erosion. Consequently, the structural wall pipes, when conveying corrosive fluids or laid in corrosive soil, do not require anti-corrosion treatment and outperform other piping materials significantly. During the design process, a rational product structural form is chosen to ensure the plastic pipe's service life exceeds 50 years and requires no maintenance throughout its lifespan.

  6. The internal police sugar rate is low, and the water output capacity is high. The roughness of the inner wall of the structural wall pipe products is approximately 0.010, resulting in lower frictional resistance during fluid transportation. Compared to other products with the same inner diameter, the water output can be significantly increased under the same operating conditions compared to cement pipes.
