Wastewater pond cleaning operations must be documented on the "Wastewater Pond Cleaning Operation Form," with the safety supervisor designating the on-site safety personnel. The form must be reviewed with the cleaning personnel by the on-site safety officer, who provides technical and safety briefings. Both parties must sign the "Wastewater Pond Cleaning Operation Form."
Before entering the pool, a multi-functional gas detector must be used for harmful gas detection. The oxygen content in the workplace air should be between 19.5% and 23%. If the oxygen content in the air is below 19.5%, an alarm signal should be triggered. The concentration of toxic substances should comply with GBZ 2.1 and GBZ 2.2 regulations. If it is confirmed that the dangerous gas levels are within the safe range, the safety officer is responsible for on-site supervision. A signature from the safety responsible person is required before the pool operation can proceed.
During cleaning operations, safety officers and supervisors must remain on duty, stay focused, and refrain from engaging in other tasks. They must maintain communication with井下 personnel, observe and discern their conditions, promptly identify issues, and prevent accidents.
