Features and Characteristics:
Early-maturing variety, fresh pods mature in the Yangtze River basin in about 60 days. Plant height is around 50 cm, with a limited podding habit, 6-8 branches. Round leaves, white flowers, large pods with big seeds, white hair, pods contain beans, pod skin is emerald green, seed weight per hundred is 38-40 grams, 3-bean pods account for about 80%, protein content is 43.8%, fat content is 20.6%. Fresh pods and fresh beans are easy to cook, with a fresh taste and tender texture, suitable for fresh consumption and processing into soybean sprouts. Yield of fresh pods is about 1,000 kg per mu.
