1) Hot nozzles utilize a copper sleeve heater (or heating wire embedded within the nozzle body), with independent temperature sensing for precise control, and each heating ring of the hot nozzle comes with a spare temperature sensing wire.
2) The nozzle cores and sprue bushes are made from premium materials with special processes, reducing the corrosion rate of the nozzle cores and tips caused by fire-resistant or corrosive materials, thereby extending the lifespan of the hot nozzles.
3) Valve pins and sleeves are made of imported steel with special treatment for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance. High precision fit with tight tolerances ensures stable and durable quality.
4) Drainage channel holes on the分流板are polished with a special process, ensuring smoothness with no blind spots; this prevents discoloration of the product due to poor luster.
