Air-cooled temperature control/dehumidifier

Operating Principle:

The air-cooled temperature-controlled/dehumidifying unit offers comprehensive temperature and humidity control with cooling, heating, dehumidifying, and ventilation functions. It maintains the indoor temperature and humidity near the set values with high precision in control and functionality.

Cooling Principle:

High-pressure liquid refrigerant flows out through a filter, then enters the evaporator after throttling and pressure reduction through a capillary tube. Due to the decrease in pressure, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the air transferred to the evaporator and evaporates into vapor inside it. The vapor is then吸入 by the compressor, turning into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas that enters the condenser. Heat is dissipated by the condenser and carried away, turning the refrigerant into a high-pressure, low-temperature liquid. After passing through an oscilloscope, it flows back into the capillary tube, repeating the cycle continuously to remove heat from indoors and lower the room temperature.

Heating Principle:

When the temperature of the adjusted air falls below the required temperature, the dehumidifier's computer controller activates the electric heater to heat the air, which is then circulated through the fan into the adjusted room to achieve the heating goal.

Desiccant Principle:

When the humidity of the adjusted air exceeds the required value, the compressor is activated to cool, where the air is cooled below the dew point temperature through the evaporator, causing the moisture in the air to condense out, thereby achieving the dehumidification goal.
