Principle construction:
HCZD/HCZQ— F Series Modular Wheel Dehumidifier operates by cooling wet air through a wind cooling device to remove some moisture, then entering the dehumidification section of the wheel for further moisture removal. The wheel section's temperature rise is then reduced by the post-cooling section, resulting in low-temperature, low-humidity dry air. This air is then delivered to the required process location or workshop, or used in storage rooms, by a high-efficiency centrifugal fan.
HCZD/HCZQ — F Series Modular Desiccant Wheel Air Dryer Housing is constructed with a colorful double-layer insulated sandwich panel, assembled using aluminum profiles. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing and spacious, but it also effectively protects the air quality inside the machine.
The entire unit consists of filtration sections, air-cooling sections, desiccant wheel dehumidification sections, after-cooling sections, fan sections, and more.
