The New-Air Desiccant Dehumidifier is a series within the specialty dehumidifier category, belonging to the new type of refrigerant dehumidification equipment. It is suitable for locations with dehumidification requirements but where the use of recirculated air is not permitted, such as civil defense projects, petrochemical industries, aerospace fields, purification projects, radioactive laboratories, animal laboratories, and warehouses or workshops storing toxic and hazardous materials.

The new dehumidifiers utilize outdoor fresh air exclusively, classifying them as direct current air treatment systems.
2. Air Treatment Features
To effectively handle outdoor fresh air, the unit adopts a "small air volume with large enthalpy difference" design concept. Compared to conventional dehumidifiers, units with the same dehumidification capacity have an air volume only about 1/3 that of a standard dehumidifier. The multi-row deep-structured evaporator design effectively ensures the air treatment requirements.
Wide geographic adaptability
This series of dehumidifiers is well-suited to meet the新风 treatment requirements across various regional areas, effectively controlling the dew point temperature of the exhaust air, and conforming to the regulations of different regional process conditions.
4. Energy Regulation
New wind industrial dehumidifiers can adjust energy consumption based on climate conditions. Models over 60kg/h in this series can achieve energy regulation through the variable unloading of screw compressors, and thanks to the excellent collaboration with electronic expansion valves, the refrigeration system is both safe, reliable, and energy-efficient. Units of 20kg/h, 40kg/h, and 60kg/h can regulate energy by operating individually.
5. Structural Style
New air dehumidifier without fan, requires additional fan box. The air intake of the unit is available in two types: left air intake and right air intake. Large units can also be offered with removable top and bottom structures for easier installation and transportation.
6. Versatile Functions
The new all-in-one dehumidifier for industrial use combines heating, temperature control, and cooling functions. The heating feature is primarily used for dehumidification without refrigeration, making it suitable for dehumidification areas with no temperature requirements. The temperature control function integrates dehumidification and refrigeration, with adjustable cooling capacity, ideal for dehumidification sites with significant thermal load fluctuations. The cooling function offers refrigeration during dehumidification but with non-adjustable cooling capacity, perfect for dehumidification situations with high thermal load but no specific relative humidity requirements.
7. Compressors and Refrigeration Accessories
Units with dehumidification capacity ≤60kg/h utilize high-efficiency scroll compressors, while those with dehumidification capacity >60kg/h employ high-performance variable-speed screw compressors; all major refrigeration components are from branded products, with the refrigeration system optimized scientifically and rationally, resulting in low noise, reliable operation, and high energy efficiency ratio.
8. Heat Exchanger
The water-side heat exchanger is a shell-and-tube type with high-efficiency heat exchange tubes; the air-side heat exchanger is a copper tube with aluminum fin design. The heat exchanger features a compact structure, excellent pressure resistance, and high heat exchange efficiency.
9. Environmental refrigerant, "green" concept
The unit employs R-22 refrigerant that meets the national phase-out scheme for CFCs, benefiting the protection of the Earth's environment. The company can also customize dehumidifiers using HFC refrigerants such as R407c and R134a, as per customer requirements.
10. Housing
The unit employs a steel profile frame; the bending parts are processed with Japanese AMADA CNC equipment, ensuring excellent appearance quality. The unit features a modular structure, with a compact and aesthetically pleasing overall design, exuding a modern atmosphere.
11. Control Method
The new model industrial dehumidifier utilizes a high-performance programmable logic controller (PLC) for control, offering excellent reliability and high control accuracy. The unit is equipped with a user-friendly, simple full-Chinese human-machine interface, featuring a standard text display. A touch screen can also be provided upon customer request.
12. Selectable Network Features
The unit can achieve group control of dehumidifiers on a local area network via PROFIBUS bus. It can also connect the equipment to a remote computer via a modem or Ethernet module, enabling data exchange over the INTERNET for remote monitoring and fault analysis. This assists in quickly and accurately predicting and troubleshooting issues.
13. Multi-protection
The unit is equipped with protections for overload, short circuit, phase failure, overheat, high voltage, low voltage, as well as interlocked protections for fans, water pumps, and fire dampers.
