Create 3D illuminated characters, layout and cut files, and consider material savings. To achieve a flat bottom box, the material must be thick. Bottom box welding must be sturdy and flat; accurate 3D edges are necessary for flat interfaces, now commonly using laser welding machines. Sand and polish the resin characters' bottom box after assembly. Apply white paint inside the box after polishing, avoid painting the outside, and clean up any spills immediately. Some resin character bottom boxes also use other metal materials, with high-temperature spraying and powder coating treatments on the surface.

Installation of LED resin illuminated letters can be done using the following methods:After cutting the plates to shape (slightly smaller than the letter shell), install them 25-30mm above the top edge of the letter shell. Then spray/brush on white paint and let it dry before installing the light source. The installation method for the light source is the same as for small letters. This method allows the light source to be closer to the colored casting layer, enhancing the brightness and uniformity of the light.
Epoxy resin casting for luminous letters:If the font has an aluminum-plastic edge strip, then carve the character shape out of transparent acrylic or polycarbonate to fit the shell size (can be joined together, but must be seamless to prevent epoxy resin leakage during casting). Afterward, wrap the aluminum-plastic edge strip around, and securely bond it to the back of the casting surface with transparent tape. This allows for casting epoxy resin on the surface of the transparent acrylic or polycarbonate.
