Resin-lit letters are available in two types: epoxy resin and unsaturated resin. Epoxy resin is more common in the market, and most sign letters in general stores and chain stores use epoxy resin. The price quotation for sign letters has seen the decline of unsaturated resin. Acrylic thermoplastic, however, deforms and becomes brittle at high temperatures and in low winter temperatures, and fades quickly due to environmental factors, which cannot be avoided even with high-quality imported boards. (There are no imported boards on the market that can maintain color for five years without fading, and no one can guarantee that they truly won't fade. Acrylic Backlit Letters (3-Sided Flat Acrylic Letters: Front, Side, and Flat, all sides illuminated) are made with a 3mm transparent acrylic for the front, crafted using engraving techniques to form the characters into specific shapes. The front corners of the letters are flat right angles, and the edges are surrounded by 3mm thick transparent acrylic material. They are mounted on a snowflake base. The general thickness is 7mm, with LED beads placed on top. The color of the beads can be customized according to customer requirements or selected to match the panel color.
