This system is a primary drainage automatic control system, utilizing an industrial Ethernet ring network to connect the primary drainage automatic control system according to the principle of proximity to the mine's industrial Ethernet ring network (interfaces need to be pre-reserved by the mine). It allows for monitoring the operational conditions of the pumps on the comprehensive automation dispatching and integration platform of the entire mine and enables remote control.
Construction requirements must achieve reduced labor and increased efficiency, focus on monitoring and controlling the process nodes of the mine drainage system, allow flexible setting of monitoring modes, and enable real-time high-quality data transmission for convenient storage and retrieval of historical data.

Position 1 KXJ660 mine explosion-proof and intrinsic safety programmable control box for the collection of simulated quantities such as positive pressure, negative pressure, temperature, flow, current, voltage, and vibration; completion of switch quantity collection for gate valve opening, closing, and motor operating status; execution of control devices for gate valve opening and closing, ball valve opening and closing, and motor on and off.
Data collection is automatically handled by PLC, with the input module interfacing with various sensors to collect and transmit switch signal data to the PLC for logical processing and as a basis. Continuously monitors water tank levels, converting and processing the signals of level changes. Detects positive pressure, negative pressure, drainage pipeline flow rates, and controls the start and stop of water pumps.
