Reinforced truss floor deck is an improved version of the profiled floor deck. The reinforced truss is pre-fabricated at the back-end processing facility with customizable lengths. It employs techniques such as metal welding, silanization, pure manganese phosphate coating, water washing and drying, and galvanizing for rust prevention, with rust-proof film wrapping and sealing. On-site construction requires first placing the truss floor deck in the correct position, welding the reinforcement, then welding the dowels, followed by placing on-site reinforcement for binding. After customer acceptance, concrete pouring takes place.
Reinforced steel truss floor deckLight in weight, high in strength. Large stiffness, excellent corrosion resistance, seismic wall, easy construction.
