Underground pipelines suffering from hidden leaks have been a persistent headache for urban residents. Wherever water pipes leak, there we are! We specialize in detecting leaks in underground water pipes, tracing leaks in underground water supply lines, pinpointing leaks in factory fire protection pipelines, detecting leaks in underground pipelines, and conducting leak detection and surveys of underground water supply networks. Our company has introduced leak detection equipment from Germany and Japan, including leak detection instruments, electronic leak detectors, listening rods, pipeline locators, and geological radars. We establish a team of technically proficient and experienced engineers with a strong focus on technology, integrity, and quality assurance, creating a well-regarded service brand. By utilizing effective scientific detection technology, we can quickly and accurately identify leak points and related issues, reducing resource loss and effectively saving excavation time and costs. Network detection surveys retrieve the original location data of lost pipelines, mastering the vital underground pipeline network. We believe that through our professional technical service, we can certainly help you reduce water resource waste.
Underground water leakage is a long-term challenge faced by property communities, large universities, enterprises, and institutions. The waste of water is not only a loss of precious natural resources but also causes significant economic losses and burdens for urban residents, property communities, large universities, enterprises, and institutions. Fire hydrant water leakage poses even greater safety hazards. In response to water scarcity and wastage, new methods and technologies, combining chemical detection with underground water leakage detection, should be employed to address issues such as pipeline leaks and damages. These methods have detected leakage points in over a hundred units, totaling over tens of millions of tons of water leakage per month, saving a significant amount of water resources for the country and substantial funds for the served enterprises and institutions. We have resolved leakage problems that others could not solve after inspection. Our philosophy is to think from your perspective, consider your concerns, prioritize your needs, and solve your difficulties. We aim to find all leakage points, identify potential issues in the water supply network, and reduce water expenses in the shortest time and at the lowest cost. Advanced leak detection equipment and more effective and rapid detection methods are required, along with expanding the detection team and improving detection operations, which will play a positive role in quickly reducing losses and controlling water wastage. 1. Valve Stem Listening Method The valve stem listening method uses a listening stick or an electronic amplifying leak detector directly at the exposed pipeline points (such as fire hydrants, valves, and exposed pipelines) to listen for the leakage sound generated by the leakage point, thereby determining the leaking pipeline and narrowing the leakage detection range. 2. Ground Listening Method After the leakage section of the pipeline is determined through pre-location methods, an electronic amplifying leak detector is used on the ground to listen for underground pipeline leakage points and to perform precise localization. The listening method involves comparing points along the pipeline path at certain intervals. When the ground sound receiver is close to the leakage point, the leakage sound detected becomes stronger, reaching a peak above the leakage point. 3. Zonal Leak Detection Method When listening for leakage sounds in the pipeline, generally speaking, larger leakage points produce louder leakage sounds than smaller ones. However, once the leakage point becomes excessively large, the leakage sound may actually decrease. Therefore, it cannot be assumed that a louder leakage sound indicates a greater volume of leakage; sometimes, the opposite is true. The zonal leak detection method allows for categorizing leakage points by the volume of leakage, enabling the control of large leakage points and their prioritization for exclusion. When your unit encounters abnormal water supply conditions such as decreased water pressure, rapid water meter readings, and unclear pipelines, please call for assistance. We will respond quickly to help you resolve your concerns.
