Usage Instructions
1) Insert the probe plug into the host probe socket, press the "ON" button to power on, portable high-precision coating ultrasonic thickness gauge quote, full-screen display shows the last used sound velocity a few seconds later, high-precision coating ultrasonic thickness gauge quote, start measurement.

Factors Influencing
The tested item's backside has numerous corrosion pits. Due to rust spots and corrosion凹坑 on the other side of the tested item, it causes sound wave attenuation, affecting the high-precision coating thickness gauge for ultra-thin materials. This leads to irregular readings, and in some cases, no readings at all.
The tested object (such as a pipeline) contains deposits. When the acoustic impedance difference between the deposits and the workpiece is not significant, the thickness gauge displays the combined wall thickness and deposit thickness.
When internal defects (such as inclusions, laminations, etc.) are present in the material, the displayed value is approximately 70% of the nominal thickness. At this point, an ultrasonic flaw detector can be used for further defect detection.
