The height of the lightning rods should be 2.5 to 3 times the length of the scale to prevent unnecessary losses to the user!


02. The speed limit on the scale for vehicles is 5 km/h to prevent sudden braking of high-speed vehicles on the scale, which may cause shock and affect the service life of the sensors.


03. The system operates on a power supply of approximately 220V ± 10%, and if the voltage is unstable, it may affect the normal operation of the system, and an additional approximately 220V voltage stabilizer is required.


04. When not in use after work, please first turn off the power of all equipment, then disconnect the main power! Remove the power plug of the instrument.


Do not use during thunderstorms, and simultaneously, shut off the power to each device and the main power source. Remove the sensor's input plug to prevent lightning strikes!


06. Do not weigh vehicles exceeding the larger capacity scale.


07. Regularly clean the weighing body and periodically rotate the screws on the lid of the weighing body (to prevent corrosion and difficulty in removal).


08. Regularly inspect if the limit bolts can contact the protective edge.


09. Regularly maintain and inspect the grounding wire and lightning rod of the weighing body.


10. Regularly inspect the drainage channel next to the scale body to prevent water from seeping into the scale body and junction box.


11. The calibration head of the weighing indicator should be kept by a designated person, and the working parameters of the indicator computer must not be changed arbitrarily.
