MX-YL-03: Pressure Sensor: A component that converts physical energy into a visible form, essential in the automation and control industries, serving as a core component. Its function is to convert pressure signals into electrical signals for output to control, analysis, and display terminals. The transmitter, which is an addition to the sensor, includes an amplification circuit, converting electrical signals into stable amplified signals for transmission. It finds wide applications in industrial automation, aviation, and aerospace fields.
The MX-YL-03 series high-temperature pressure transmitters (available with both strain gauge and diffused silicon sensors) are assembled with imported high-temperature sensitive components. The sensor probe can operate stably at 150℃ for extended periods (up to 180°). The sensor core is bonded to the stainless steel housing using laser cold welding technology, and a heat sink is added between the pressure core and the amplification circuit, effectively preventing heat conduction. Suitable for measuring and controlling fluid and steam pressure in medium and high-temperature applications, they can maintain stable operation at around 350° when equipped with a condenser tube. This product is often used to address measurement issues for some low-pressure high-temperature gases and liquids.
