Laboratory Small Membrane Filter PressThis is a laboratory-specific diaphragm filter press designed exclusively for small-scale and pilot tests, featuring pressure squeezing in two forms: gas (air, inert gas) and liquid (water, oil) squeezing, catering to the needs of various industries. The squeezing components can be configured with food-grade or standard-grade options based on customer requirements, with control systems available using PLC and human-machine interfaces. For general materials, the diaphragm membrane squeezing takes 3-15 minutes. For some special materials, a two-stage squeezing method, starting with low-pressure squeezing followed by high-pressure squeezing, can also be employed. This ensures the filter press performs effectively in filtration. The diaphragm filter plates include separate high-pressure polypropylene diaphragm plates, integrated high-pressure polypropylene diaphragm plates, embedded filter cloth high-pressure polypropylene diaphragm plates, and rubber diaphragm plates.
