Product Description
In recent years, the sales of heavy-duty trucks have surged. For heavy-duty trucks with a cab weight over 500kg, the traditional manual flipping system, which relies on mechanical扭杆式机构for locking, is no longer sufficient. Instead, it is gradually being replaced by hydraulic flipping and locking mechanisms.
The hydraulic lifting cylinder serves as the system's executing component, with upper and lower pivot points respectively connected to the chassis and cab; the hydraulic lock ensures the cab is reliably locked in the normal position. An important indicator of the hydraulic lifting cylinder is its self-locking ability (anti-slip capability) to ensure reliable support of the cab at any position. This feature primarily depends on the performance of the hydraulic cylinder's various sealing components and the hydraulic check valve, requiring that any position not exceed 2mm of creep per hour upon inversion. Another aspect is the free fall height and free float length. An appropriate free fall height ensures the hydraulic lock is reliably engaged during the cab's descent without causing excessive impact on the vehicle body. The free float area is a significant guarantee of the cab's comfort, with the free float length designed based on the front and rear suspension跳动量 of the truck cab.
