Product Principle
A pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator, utilizing clean compressed air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent, is a device that obtains nitrogen gas at room temperature through the principle of pressure swing adsorption. By taking advantage of the differences in the adsorption amounts of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of the carbon molecular sieve and the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen within the sieve, the process is controlled by a programmable controller to open and close the solenoid valves, achieving pressure adsorption and pressure release desorption. This completes the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, resulting in nitrogen gas of the desired purity.
