Nitrogen generators, which are devices that use air as raw material and separate oxygen and nitrogen from it through physical methods to obtain nitrogen gas. In industrial applications, nitrogen generators can be categorized into three types based on different classification methods: deep cryogenic air separation, molecular sieve air separation (PSA), and membrane air separation. Nitrogen generators are designed and manufactured as nitrogen production equipment based on pressure swing adsorption technology. They utilize imported carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent and employ the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at ambient temperature to separate air and produce nitrogen.
