The hydraulic baling machine includes a stand with a base plate and side panels, fitted with a jack equipped with a piston rod. The piston rod's right end is connected to a vertical pusher plate, with pusher strips attached to its right side. The gaps between adjacent pusher strips serve as rope slots on the plate. The upper right part of the stand features a pressure plate, with an inlet opening on the stand above it on the left side of the pressure plate. The stands on the right sides of the front and rear side panels are fixed with side strips, with gaps between them serving as rope holes. The right end of the stand has an outlet, where the right end of the stand is hinged with a door panel, the left side of which is connected to door strips. The gaps between adjacent door strips are rope slots on the door. The cavity enclosed by the front and rear side panels, pusher plate, and base plate is the feeding cavity, while the cavity enclosed by the side strips, pressure plate, door panel, and base plate is the extrusion cavity. The door panel and the right end of the stand are fixed with a locking mechanism. The size of the bale can be adjusted as needed within a certain range.
