Interlocking steel grating can be categorized into four types:
Standard Type Steel Grating: After cutting grooves in the bearing flat steel, the crossbar flat steel is pressed and locked into shape. Generally, the processing height for producing standard steel grating is 100mm. The length of the steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.
2. Integral steel grid panel with load-bearing flat steel and cross flat steel having the same height and slot depth as half that of the load-bearing flat steel. The height of the steel grid shall not exceed 100mm. The length of the steel grid is typically less than 2000mm.
3. Sunshade-type steel grid panel: Load-bearing flat steel with 30° or 45° slits, slotted flat steel bars are locked in place. We can deliver grid panels with different spacings and specifications according to customer needs, using materials such as ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The height of the grid panels is less than 100mm.
4. Heavy-duty grating panels are a type of steel grating product formed by the interlocking of high flange steel and crossbar flange steel, tightly molded under 1200 tons of pressure. They are suitable for high-span load-bearing applications.
