Aluminum grille ceiling construction technique:
1. Construction Line Setting: Based on the ceiling grid layout plan, mark the longitudinal and transverse arrangement lines of the component materials, the outline lines of areas with complex shapes, and the ceiling elevation lines; simultaneously, identify and mark the ceiling suspension points.
2. Ceiling Fastening Treatment: Secure the ceiling according to design specifications using metal expansion bolts or shot-fasteners for ceiling connections, or directly fasten steel hanger bars, galvanized steel wire, and flat iron吊件, etc.
3. Assembly and installation of grille units:
Assembly of partial grilles: As rhythmic pattern elements for the grille ceiling, individual units should be assembled on the ground as much as possible before suspending according to the design specifications.
4. Grille Installation:
Leveling and Fixing: After the wooden grillage is in place, before removing the top connection and tightening it, use a rigid string line to level according to the ceiling design height. Tighten the downward protruding parts with hanger rods, loosen the hanger rods for the upward concave parts to allow them to drop, and then reinforce the grillage section.
5. Installation Points:
(1) Installation of suspension rods: Weld the reinforcing steel suspension rods to the reserved steel suspension rods to extend their length.
(2) Rafters Installation: Draw a control line for the rafter top surface based on the ceiling height line and the size relationship between the rafter top and bottom surfaces. Then, adjust the rafter height and level using hanger components until they meet the required specifications.
(3) Grille Installation: First, use fine nylon thread to pull out intersecting plane reference lines. Begin installation from a corner of the wall, lift the ceiling panels slightly above the reference line, and temporarily secure the panel. Level the ceiling panel according to the reference line. When the ceiling area exceeds 100m², allow the ceiling surface to have a slight arch, typically around 1/3000 of the span. Secure the leveled ceiling rod panels first, then use connecting components to fix the panels together.
(4) Conduct overall adjustments. Draw multiple parallel or perpendicular datum lines along the elevation lines. Adjust the ceiling as a whole based on these datum lines and check if the ceiling's arching amount is correct. Inspect the installation and layout, and correct any deformation caused by the installation of individual units. Verify the reliability of fasteners at all connection points and reinforce areas with concentrated loads.
