Aluminum ceiling tiles and aluminum-plastic panels differ significantly in composition and application: the base material of aluminum ceiling tiles is aluminum alloy plate, generally suitable for suspended ceilings; aluminum-plastic panels consist of a plastic core and an aluminum foil surface. They can be used for both indoor and outdoor ceiling and wall decorations depending on the material. Aluminum ceiling tiles are a type of ceiling product made of a single material, offering lightweight and durable construction, widely used in residential and engineering aluminum ceiling tiles and suspended ceilings.
Aluminum ceiling panels feature flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, and moisture-proof properties. They are easy to install and dismantle, allowing for quick assembly and maintenance. Aluminum ceiling panels are made by using aluminum alloy sheets as the base material, which are then cut to size, mitered, and formed through pressing. The residential aluminum ceiling panels mainly consist of two series: roll coating and sandblasted.
Aluminum ceiling tile installation solution:
1. Install aluminum trim corners at the same level height.
2. Install the hangers and light steel studs at appropriate spacing, with the hanger spacing no more than 1.2 meters, and the stud spacing at 1.2 meters.
3. Secure the hangers pre-installed on the triangular purlins, aligning them vertically with the spacing of the sheets, and then adjust horizontally.
4. Press the two sides of the square panel parallel into the groove of the triangular rib, first align the corners of the two ends in the direction of the width, then pull a straight line and gradually press the panels in rows. After each row is fastened, adjust once to ensure the panel surface is flat and the seams are perpendicular. (Note: the direction with small dents on the edge of the square panel is inserted into the groove of the triangular rib.)
5. Wear gloves when nailing. If stains are left on the board surface by accident, clean them with clean water. Do not peel off the protective film during installation.
