Aluminum channel installation method:
1. Main joist spacing is 1000mm, in accordance with construction specifications, the ceiling main joist spacing is 800mm to 1200mm.
2. Secondary joists spaced at 400mm, without diagonal bracing.
3. The amount of edge joists is calculated based on room ceiling dimensions of 10m x 10m. For a ceiling area with dimensions of 5m x 5m, the edge joist material is 0.8m. For smaller rooms, the amount of edge joists increases.
4. Theoretical quantities should be used; in actual construction, budgeted materials need to be adjusted for appropriate losses.
