Aluminum T-slot installation method:
1. The main joist spacing is 1000mm, in accordance with construction specifications, the ceiling main joist spacing is 800mm to 1200mm.
2. Sub-joist spacing: 400mm, no cross bracing.
3. The amount of edge joists is calculated based on room ceiling dimensions of 10m in length and width; if the ceiling area is 5m x 5m, the edge joist material is 0.8m. For smaller rooms, the amount of edge joists increases.
4. Theoretical quantity; actual construction material budget requires accounting for an appropriate amount of waste.

Aluminum T-slot specifications:
1. U-shaped aluminum channel specifications: bottom width typically 20-200mm, height 20-300mm, unfolded area usually not exceeding 800mm, thickness ranging from 0.5-1.2mm.
2. Extrusion Profiles Specifications: The extrusion profiles factory can almost produce all commonly used extrusion specifications on the market, up to 300*150*3.5mm.
3. Wood grain aluminum channel framing: The spacing of the wood grain aluminum channel framing (i.e., the distance between channels) can be produced and adjusted in increments of 5mm, with a recommended standard installation spacing of 100mm.
