The hydraulic control system of this equipment is well-designed, including components such as a hydraulic pump motor set, cylinders, oil tanks, hydraulic valve groups, hydraulic components, and pipelines, suitable for operation in harsh environments like extreme temperatures and high dust levels. The electrical control system is operated via a wireless remote controller, utilizing Siemens and Schneider components, ensuring rational design and stable operation. The system features a safety interlock function, preventing any dangerous misoperation of the equipment in case of power outages or incorrect operations. When the main cylinder is activated and reaches a certain tilt angle, it automatically discharges the material on the vehicle.

The hydraulic flip gate machines can be further divided into mobile hydraulic flip gates, fixed hydraulic flip gates, pit-type hydraulic flip gates, and side-discharge hydraulic flip gates, based on the operation mode, installation method, and unloading method.
