The cabinet interior features a 5-layer double-sided design. File box thickness is 5.5CM ( customizable), with partitions between each file box. Each layer can accommodate 15 file boxes, and indicator lights are installed at the corresponding positions within each file box to guide operations.

Withdrawal Operation: After issuing a withdrawal command via the platform or the operation large screen, the cabinet door where the file box is located will automatically open, with the top light illuminating. The indicator light of the corresponding file box will light up, and the user simply needs to take the file box away according to the indicator light and close the door.

Return Operation: Issue a document return instruction through the platform or operational large screen, corresponding cabinet door will automatically open, the overhead light will illuminate, and the placement light will turn on. Return the document according to the indicator light.
