Jianlibao was born in 1984, carrying the health and vitality significance. After the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics, it became famous overnight and was hailed as "China's Sour Water." As the first beverage in China to add alkaline electrolytes, Jianlibao was the pioneer in introducing the concept of sports drinks to the Chinese public. The Jianlibao Group owns multiple renowned brands: Jianlibao, Fifth Season, Pop Fruit Seltzer, Love Sports, 88, Baofeng, etc., with Jianlibao being the core brand in the beverage business, boasting over two decades of history and widespread recognition across the country.
The Beijing factory is designed with a wastewater treatment capacity of 800 yuan per 3 cubic meters per day, operating for 20 hours daily (equivalent to 40 cubic meters), considering a certain design surplus. It employs mature and stable wastewater treatment technology: physical-chemical (coagulation and sedimentation) + biochemical (UASB reactor + activated sludge process).
