Established in 1918, a time-honored Chinese enterprise. "Xian Yuan Black" is a hit in Japan, establishing itself as a Chinese production and processing base for Japanese soy sauce; "Xian Yuan Yellow Sauce" is the company's flagship product, used in Beijing's famous Zhajiangmian restaurants, hailed as the "Number One Sauce" in the Northeast market, and has been exporting to Europe, the U.S., and Canada since 2003, with great reviews; "Xian Yuan Fermented Bean Curd," one of the state's three treasures, was a product of the 11th Asian Games; in 2005, "Xian Yuan Vermicelli" passed the QS certification of the Chinese Vermicelli industry.
