
Function and principle:
The mesh demister is used to separate liquid droplets carried by gases, ensuring mass transfer efficiency, reducing losses of valuable materials, preventing blockages in outlet pipes, avoiding harm to subsequent processes, and improving the operation of the compressor after the equipment. Rising droplets collide with the mesh due to inertia and are intercepted by it; then, they fall back due to their own gravity and spread over the surface of the mesh fine wires. Later, they gather into larger droplets at the mesh junction points and fall back into the equipment. After passing through the mesh demister, the gas is basically free of mist.
This product is a complete tetrafluoride material frame and screen. It is also one of the best anti-fogging products in the world today. It can be used in any kind of chemical medium for a long time. The PTFE screen defoamer can resist the corrosion of hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and various organic acids, organic solvents, strong oxidants, and other highly corrosive chemical media. Even the most powerful Aqua regia(a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid) has nothing to do with it. The tetrafluoroethylene mesh defogging device can be used normally at temperatures between -150 and +250 °C. This is not what other plastic mesh defoaming products can do.
