The WLDH series horizontal helical blade mixer consists of a container, helical mixing blades, and transmission components; the helical blades are typically made in double or triple layers. The outer helix gathers the material from both sides towards the center, while the inner helix transports the material from the center to the sides, creating a convective mixing effect. The volume can be made round for the jacket to be used for reactions and drying.
