The stirrer shaft ends are equipped with sealing devices to minimize material leakage. The hopper features push-button control for easy discharge, making it suitable for materials requiring high uniformity and significant differences in material density.

Operating Principle / PRINCIPLE

Prior to operation, an empty run trial start-up should be conducted. Before the trial start-up, check the tightness of all machine fasteners, the oil level of the reducer, and the integrity of the motor equipment. Then, turn off the main power switch and perform an empty run trial. Press the reverse feeding and reset buttons separately to check if the operation is smooth. Proceed with processing after ensuring it meets the above requirements (do not use the reverse feeding and reset buttons simultaneously).

● After adding the material, cover the hopper lid to prevent material from spilling out. The lid is made of acrylic for observing the mixing process. Once the mixing is effective, press the dump material button to start dumping. Stop when the hopper is near the base to avoid damaging parts. After dumping, press the reset button to return the hopper to its original position.
