PRINCIPLE

Air, under the suction and delivery of a high-pressure centrifugal blower, passes through an air filter and is heated to the set temperature in an air heat exchanger. It then forms numerous high-speed airflow bundles through a gas distribution plate, impacting the material. The negative pressure created by the airflow bundles draws in the material, causing it to become boiling. In this state, the hot air widely contacts the material, enhancing the heat transfer process, thereby promoting the evaporation and separation of moisture in the material in a shorter time. The moist air stream is exhausted by the blower through a collection bag, while the material trapped in the boiling chamber is the dried product.
