XHY-EQC-106 Dust Removal, Desulfurization, and Degrading Agent
Section 1: Product Introduction:
Ash Cleaning and Desulfurizing Agent quickly removes slag from various boiler heating surfaces, a product that saves energy. It not only eliminates the hassle of ash cleaning but also removes acidic scale, reduces boiler corrosion, extends service life, and ensures production.
The desulfurizing agent, when burned in the high-temperature region of the furnace, produces alkali metal cations that adhere to the surface of the tubes, preventing soot deposition. The drug promotes complete combustion of accumulated soot. Molten nitrates have the function of removing hard deposits in soot. Moreover, it can save fuel by more than 5%, and after being used by many customers, it shows significant energy-saving effects. Users generally report that it is indeed an energy-saving product.
Part Two: Product Principle:
The desulfurizing agent reacts with ash and certain components in flue gas (such as SO3) after combustion, forming alkaline K2CO3 and K2SO4. These substances accumulate on heated surfaces like furnace tubes, fireboxes, economizers, and air preheaters as the flue gas flows. As the temperature of the tail flue gas decreases, the main components condense, forming a film. This film neutralizes the acids and carbon in the smoke and soot attachments, converting sulfuric acid into non-corrosive, non-adhesive sulfates, which then flake off from the tube and furnace walls, potentially falling in large clumps in severe cases of ash accumulation.
Ash removal, desulfurization, and焦炭去除剂burns in the high-temperature zone of the furnace, where the alkali metal cations adhere to the tube wall surface, preventing soot deposition. The agent promotes complete combustion of accumulated soot. Molten nitrates have the effect of removing hard soot. After two to three months of use, it can basically remove the soot on all heated surfaces inside the furnace (continuous use keeps the surfaces clean and bright), thereby improving heat transfer and increasing thermal efficiency (typically 2-5%). The exhaust gas temperature drops by 10-30°C, and fuel savings are 3-4%, resulting in significant economic benefits.
Section 3: Instructions for Use
Dosing of the ash cleaner is 0.2% to 0.5% of the fuel coal per day, with the initial dose being 2-3 times the normal amount. If severe soot buildup occurs, the duration of the initial application can be appropriately extended, typically for about a week. It is suitable for cleaning ash in various types of fuel boilers, especially those using poor-quality coal with high sulfur content or those with severe ash buildup. It can be used in industrial boilers, heating boilers, various ships, fire tubes, and also for cleaning ash in oil and gas boilers of all models.
Section 4: Safety Protection
Boiler ash cleaner is packaged in high-pressure polyethylene plastic bags, with exterior boxes or kraft paper bags. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated storage room. Absolutely avoid contact with water and oxidizing agents. Storage temperature should not exceed 30°C. Protect from direct sunlight. In case of fire, do not use water; instead, use sand or a fire extinguisher. If accidentally splashed into the eyes or onto the skin, rinse with plenty of water immediately. Seek medical attention if discomfort persists.
