Product Performance & Features

This equipment features a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, capable of forming a film even at low flow rates. The sediment in the treatment liquid adhering to the inner surface of the drum's evaporating section can be quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to a fixed gap scraper evaporator, the evaporation capacity can be increased by 40-69%.

       This equipment adopts centrifugal sliding groove rotor. Membrane can be formed under very low flow. The sediment contained in treatment liquid attached on inner wall surface in evaporation section of the cylinder can be quickly removed by movable scraper. Compared with scraper evaporator of fixed clearance, the evaporation amount can be increased by 40-69%.
