PP Cotton Filter Cartridge Precautions
PP cotton filter cores are a common filtering component, widely used in air purifiers, water treatment equipment, and other fields. When using PP cotton filter cores, it is important to note the following points:
Use Environment: PP cotton filter cores should be used in a suitable environment, avoiding exposure to harmful substances such as high temperatures, strong acids, and strong bases.
Filter Replacement Time: PP cotton filter cores should be replaced regularly, typically every 3-6 months to ensure optimal filtration performance and the longevity of the filter cores.
Cleaning Method: When cleaning PP cotton filter cores, use warm water and neutral detergent for cleaning, avoiding the use of harmful substances such as strong acids and alkalis.
Storage Method: When storing PP cotton filter cores, they should be placed in a dry, well-ventilated, and sun-shade environment. Maintain standard core folding to prevent exposure to moisture, high temperatures, and other harmful substances.
Brand Selection: When choosing PP cotton filter cores, it's essential to purchase from authorized channels and opt for branded products to avoid purchasing counterfeit items.
In summary, when using PP cotton filter cores, attention should be given to aspects such as the usage environment, replacement schedule, cleaning methods, storage procedures, and brand selection to ensure optimal filtration performance and the longevity of the filter cores.

First, clean the pipes and filter housing with clean water before beginning the installation of the filter core.
2. When replacing the melt-blown filter element, first shut off the water supply system and turn the inlet and outlet valves to the OFF position. Then, open the BYPASS (if equipped).
After confirming no water supply, open the pressure relief valve and completely release the pressure within the filter.
4. Release the bottle of the filter and discard the old filter element. Clean the bottom of the filter shell. Wipe the upper and lower parts of the filter with a fine sponge or cloth, then rinse clean.
5. Clean the o-ring and insert the new filter element into the filter bottle.
6. Manually tighten the filter bottle body, ensuring not to overtighten (as the o-rings on both sides of the bottle will be fully seated against the lid upon tightening). Also, confirm that the small central boss at the bottom of the filter bottle has a filter core inserted, to prevent bypassing the filter core and ensure complete filtration at the top and bottom joints of the bottle.
7. Turn the control valve handle to the ON position and gradually open the water supply system, allowing water to fill the filter bottle.
8. If equipped with a release valve, click the valve to exhaust any excess air.
9. After the filter machine has been turned on for 1 minute, inspect for any leakage. If leakage is detected, use a round wrench to tighten slightly. Make sure it is secure before folding the filter core and you can begin the filtration process.

A wound filter element is a common type of filtering component, widely used in water treatment and chemical industries. When using and maintaining wound filter elements, the following points should be noted:
Proper Installation: When installing the wound filter element, pay attention to the correct orientation and placement of the element. Fold the filter element to ensure the water flow direction aligns with the filtration direction of the element. Additionally, avoid over-compressing or bumping the element to prevent damage to the filter structure.
Regular Replacement: The wound filter element is a consumable item that requires regular replacement. Generally, the replacement cycle of the filter element varies depending on the actual usage and the type of filtering medium. It is recommended to replace it regularly according to the manufacturer's suggestions or actual needs.
Prevent Contamination: During use, it is crucial to avoid contamination of the winding filter core, such as by using unclean filtering media or storing the filter cores in an unclean environment. Additionally, during installation and replacement of the filter cores, attention to cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained to prevent contamination.
Proper Maintenance: During use, it is essential to properly maintain and care for the wound filter cores. This includes regular cleaning of the cores and removing dirt and impurities from the surface to ensure optimal filtration performance and extend the service life of the cores.
Note Specifications: When selecting wound filter cores, choose the appropriate specifications and models based on actual needs. Customize pleated filter cores to ensure the suitability and filtration effectiveness of the cores.
In summary, when using and maintaining the wound filter cores, be mindful of the above points to ensure proper operation and filtration efficiency. Additionally, select a suitable brand and supplier for the cores to guarantee quality and after-sales service.
